I maybe looking to switch over to an intel chipset mobo and ATI GPU's. What could I get for my motherboard and GPU's. All are about 3-4 months old and run perfect. All would come shipped with everything that came in the box (most still wrapped)

I'd say...
8800GTS- $270ish
780i- $250ish

That's if the parts are as new as you say and have all the connectors, boxes etc.

~450-500, maybe more if EVERYTHING is included, some buyers love to see that. If I was you I'd wait to see benchmarks on the GTX260, it might be pretty good. And with the recent price drop it's only 50 bucks more than the 4870. You could save that money from selling the 780i and the cards.

But, this is an appraisal thread, so I'll stop trying to change your mind. Sorry!

EDIT:

The 780i sells for 220 AR new, so I doubt he could sell it for retail price used. I'd say 180-190 for the board.

Yes, everything is included. I got the cards in Feburary and the mobo around the same time. The mobo was from the 680i-780i upgrade that evga was offering.
