(Thanks for the replies guys, i'm currently shopping on NCIX ;0)

edit :
so it's NOT :Swiftech MCP655-B 12V Industrial Water Cooling Pump *Without Speed Adjustment* 1/2 Barbs

I should order this one :
Swiftech MCP655 12V Industrial Water Cooling Pump 1/2IN Barbs ?

as for the cpu block
D-TEK Customs Fuzion V2 CPU Water Block S478/LGA775/S939/AM2/S754 1/2IN Barbs
Does that sound good?
ive had it for quite awhile lol
the only problem ive had sofar is that i have a 1cm long hairline crack in my waterblock and thermaltake will only exchange it for the exact same model and wont replace it with their all copper block

New question :
If I want to add WC to a second component (i.e. Northbridge)
should I :
1 : just get tubing from CPU block going to Northbridge then back to the rad
2 : Buy T-line and place it right after the pump, get an other rad?
3 : something I haven't thought of?

hmm... pump and CPU block to change then?
+ rad. SO basically I keep the tubes

Shouldn't I change the CPU block first since it's so risky?

edit : that wasn't really nice of you >_<
I had to try something out of the box before trying custom stuff.
Do you get in modded cars before driving a stock one?
The Thermaltake Pump and Reservoir vibrate a lot (causing many of the cracking problems you hear about IMO). The difference between the Thermaltake pump and the new pump Ive bought is huge. My case used to make an awful humming noise but I dont get any of that now.

My Thermaltake reservoir cracked after 3 months so Id recommend changing the Pump and Res first.

I don't hear any noise or feel much vibration from the pump.
But I use to bang the house with Z5500 Surround set XD
SO I guess it ain't cool for the machine being close to the oversized subwoofer

Yeah i'm still on stock Kandalf cooling Rad, I'll wait a little before getting a new rad since nobody mentionned it as a source of problem.
It might be a problem if its aluminum, not sure if it is or not...Just scratch it somewhere on a end tank with the point of a knife and see if it has brass end tanks or aluminum..If its aluminum you don't want to run with it, it will mess up your blocks.Galvanic corrosion ...

Well I wouldn't even think about adding to your loop until u get this one in good order. But yes, intalling tubing go from the cpu block to the northbridge or gpu, then to the rad or res would be the way to go.

that kandalf rad is probably like the POS tt aquabay m2 rad i bought, it has 1/4 copper tube zig-zagging through tightly packed aluminum fins... not the greatest design by far.

At least it had copper tubes...I was afraid they were aluminum to..I bet that thing is restrictive...Thanks for the info....

All their gear is just so sub-standard, you really cant upgrade it very well with out replacing all of it...A lot of guys think we are just down on the stuff for no reason, thats not true, I've seen hundreds of guys come through here telling about cracked and leaking blocks, dead pumps, and cooling thats no better then a HSF...Its just a rip off is what it is, and dangerous on top of that...

very true. and i noticed a huge pressure increase when i swapped out the TT aquabay 4 my feser 360. with the TT installed, i could have the lid off the reservoir while the pump was on and it would barely shoot halfway up. after i installed the feser unit, well, i can't have the lid off the res while the pump is on... let's just say big mess on the white carpet
