What are you using to measure the CPU temperature? Just so you know, getting it below ambient on standard air or water cooling is impossible.

i've used coretemp, and whatever sensors it's drawing from r false. i use everest as my main monitoring tool, and it shows the cpu temp as well as each individual die temp... only when my cpu temp is at around 28°, each individual die temp will read around 0° C - same as core temp.

man u need a serious wiring job done haha. but seriously that is raising ur temps. CLEAN IT UP!!!! and 55c idle is high for watercooling. GO CUSTOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
