It's a xeon equivalent to the Q66 right? Just pump up the volts, give the NB a tad more v if needed, make sure the RAM is stable.

Basically yes...

the X3220 is the EXACT same thing as a Q6600, just cherry-picked.

The X3210 is just a 2.13ghz X3220.

so how high is to high for voltages ive heard 1.44-1.45 is pretty close to the limit

for 65nm procs, you can push it up to 1.5 or so, don't go to far beyond that though.

For suicide runs, people sometimes put it all the way up to 1.6, give/take a few .01s.

45nm procs are a different story. I would get one, but they seem a bit fragile for OCing, and I'm a bit of a noob, so I'd probably fry whichever wolfdale I got.

Anyways, for 45nm procs, people say don't go over 1.36 or so, just from what I've heard.

The X3210 is a 65nm chip. The max you can give it without causing long term damage is 1.55v according to Intel. I suggest staying under 1.5v.
