veedub, apparently the aspi32 driver belongs to an Adaptec product. Are you running an Adaptec controller card on your system, perhaps? I'd try uninstalling this first and see if the problem goes away.
On the other hand, if you'd been running the same setup except for a better cooling system now and therefore higher clocks, maybe your chipsets need better cooling now as well. Another possibility is that they may need a voltage bump (NB; I don't think the SB can be overvolted on our board, but I don't quite remember, to be honest) to compensate for the stress. The bridge chips may now not be able to keep up with the CPU's throughput due to its increased speed.
