Sounds do not work.

Thread Starter
Alright, I just bought a Foxconn 45GMX (great board).
It worked out of the box.
I installed everything, but then, I noticed the sounds do not work.
When I have my speakers plugged, and I use the Realtek HDA thing (it was in the system tray), I tested out the speakers, and they do react by sending a sound back to show it works, but when I go to the control panel, that differed.
It says that there is no sound device, so when I try to listen to music, or go to youtube to test the sounds, it does not work at all.
I am thinking about a fresh install again, because I was working with the actual motherboard on different monitors and other peripherals, maybe that was the problem?
So this time, I am using the actual peripherals with the computer.
That is the only thing I can think of.
I had uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it, but then, I ended up losing that system tray for it, now I cannot test the speakers anymore, and the sounds still do not work.
So the only thing I have left, is a new fresh install again.

Anyone have other ideas? Maybe same problem?

Hmm, ive had similar problems and what I did was just roll back the drivers or reinstall them. Also unistall all your sound devices in device manager and restart.
