sounds like you need a general voltage bump in everything, vCore, NB, RAM, bump voltage to one notch higher

Set everything manually.. For 3.4 you should need no more than 1.2v, and you are talking about droop, you had 1.36 AFTER DROP so that's like setting 1.4+ in the bios. Set ram low for now and set ram voltage to 2.0-2.1. NB voltage should be 1.4ish, vtt (fsb term) 1.3 should do, do not use loadline calibration!, and keep pll as low as it can go.
