corsair PSU's are really good units! good choice Unstoppable!

good luck with the reformat, but when you say you doubt it's the PSU probably because it worked fine in your brothers PC, yours just might have been used more or is on it's way out for some reason etc. but with only 21A on +12V and a card that uses 221W at full 3dmark06 load it's not that hard to believe:

http://www.pcstats.com/articleview.c...id=2253&page=4

221W=I(current in Amps) * Voltage (12V DC)
221/12=18.41667A

if your card is drawing 18.41667A and you only have 21A for everything.

Might I suggest using a few version old nvidia driver? I had a problem with my 9600GT for awhile on my computer and then on a second computer I tried it on, turned out to be a driver issue on my second computer. Like I said, try to find the not most recent driver for the 9x series card, use driver cleaner and reinstall... It just might work for you like it did for me!

Yeah I already thought of that, but I noticed the wires of the fan are actually soldered on the PCB of the PSU. And next week I get new parts and also a new PSU so I don't care

But that really sucks if it's your PSU. I guess you don't have a more powerful PSU lying around to confirm it and be a 100% sure.
Anyway I guess you don't have much of a choice getting a new one. (TipYou really should consider a Corsair PSU since they are not really expensive (my opinion) and are really great (according to reviews and members here). You should be fine if you get one xD Or you could make a trade on OCN or get one second hand.
