I'm 72% sure it's a monitor. It's surely not the PSU, seem not to be the card as you've tried the onboard one. Can possibly be the memory (try swaping sticks) or, less likely, the motherboard.

Could be the VGA cable... Mine had a bad bend in it and eventually stopped working...

Try switching it with another if you have a spare. Did you try switching monitors as well?

Ur pushing your luck with a cheap mobo and hi-end components. I'm gonna say your mobo is bad too, even though no beeps could be any number of things. Best way to tell for sure is to test each component separately. I had the same issue when I first started my system and it was just a bad port somewhere.

I would check the ram then. If you have 2 sticks try booting with each one of them separately or try them somewhere else. If that doesn't work buy a new mobo.
