lol its true, celeron name fits these cpus, but too bad their not in their not $30-$60
I see how Intel makes its 45nm quads now.
Intel has a very clean manufactoring proccess, so they started making extremes only so first released qx9650.
Start binning the bad ones. Then came the e8xxx series and with those out, glue 2 together for the x9x50 quads.
Deffective bad duals with deffective cache will be the x7xxx series with 3mb cache, bolt 2 together for the x9x00 quads.
Lastly we got these worst binned, crippled cache to the max, e5xxx series with 2mb of cache, so bolt 2 together for the Q8xxx series.
You will have to sweat more, trying to overclock with these low multipliers. but 600FSB if not 560-590 x 7.5 should be possible if you got a good p45 board.
