It's a very nice psu. It's an Enhance built PSU based on the same platform as the Cooler Master Real Power Pro 850 and is a close cousin to the modular Antec TPQ 850. $180 shipped is a good price for the Zalman and is probably one of the quietest PSUs you can buy. If you can put up with a little more noise, the Antec can be had for $150 shipped
and is a direct competitor. $30 is a decent amount of money for the same quality PSU but then the Antec doesn't have the nifty heatpipes and bigger fan to reduce noise. But to answer your question, I've got nothing but praise for the Zalman.
Some non-modular options also include the Hiper M-880 for $150 shipped
(built off the CWT PSH line but with less of the characteristic ripple due to increased 12V capacity and is a great PSU) and the OCZ EliteXstream for $160 shipped AR
