How to create a RAID 0 volume at boot?

Thread Starter
I'm in the Intel Matrix Storage Manager right now on my desktop and I'm trying to create a RAID 0. I'm in the "Create Volume Menu" and beside "RAID Level" it says "RAID1 (Mirror)", I'm trying to change that to RAID 0, but it doesn't do anything when I try changing that option, I pressed the arrow keys, but nothing

ok, im trying to update bios via usb, but the 2nd step is to..
"Boot from the USB Memory Key to the DOS or DRMK prompt", what does this mean, how do i do this
post #9 of 10
you put the bios and the bios flashing utility on the usb stick. Reboot the computer, and then press f8 for boot menu. Select the usb key for the boot device. It should then boot into the bios flash utility.

First you have too see if the option is available in the bios. And to give you a heads up you have to reinstall Vista. You can't just change from one raid to another.
