New build, need some help with finishing.

So, I've been looking around to build a new computer for myself. I currently have a BFG 8800 GT video card and a 650 watt PSU which I intend to keep. With that, I have roughly 700 dollars to spend on the other parts. I don't really have plans to over clock my PC at all. What I have come up with is as follows:

CPU:AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ Windsor 3.0GHz Socket AM2 125W Dual-Core Processor http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103773
With Cooler:
ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro 92mm
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835186134

Motherboard:ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe AM2 NVIDIA nForce 570 SLI MCP ATX AMD
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131013

RAM: CORSAIR XMS2 DHX 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145194

Hard Drive: Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD2500AAKS 250GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136161

OS:Microsoft Windows XP Professional 64Bit SP2C
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16832116378

And Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811129021

Any suggestions or would this be a sufficient PC? Thanks

The Arctic Freezer 7 wont work with the AM2 Board. Its for Intel 775 Boards only.

Yep, I took that advice from a friend. Guess I should've checked it. Thanks, good thing I came here before purchasing anything.

Edit: How about this one? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835185125

For the ram i would go with some g skill here

its only $6 more, plus you won't need those heatsinks unless your overclocking them.

Wow thanks. With the deal Newegg has on it, I save a lot more. There's a 35$ off on it whereas the Corsair ones are still above 100$.

If your not set on AMD You should go with intel they are faster.

I would get q6600 quad 2.4ghz
$200
250gb seagate 16mb cache $65.00
antec 900 case $120.00
680 sli board $165 (can get a xfx with a quad for like 250 at tiger direct)
liteon dvd burner $25
2x2 4gigs ddr800 memory gskill usally works very well $75
cheap Cpu Fan $30 if your not going to OC it.

That about $680.00 estimated it will smoke that amd son...
