TRUE - out of the box is not so nice. True is good only after You lap it and lap it right.
Xigmatek of Noctua are very good options... but all that is off topic sorry op

If you get the MSI board, make sure you get some very low profile RAM sticks. I'm finding that I have very limited options on CPU coolers with my OCZ Reaper sticks, because most heatsinks won't clear the large heatspreaders on that specific RAM
