Nice system. That is the higher end version of my board. I have make a thread for this chip/board, I'd love to compare notes with you. I would imagine they are similar, aside from higher quality parts on the UT so you can probably OC a bit higher.

Also, how do you like that audio card? I haven't found a reason to replace my audigy 2, with the low latencies I get with it.

The thread above is definitely the best info out there I've found, with Tony reporting his BIOS exploration and OCing results. Some of it is pretty heady stuff though.

I will receive the board during the week so ... cant tell you about the sound , i read some good stuff about it tough . And thanks for the thread ( both of you ) ... i read it before tough and ... Tony is such a brain i get lost in is stuff , that why i was coming here to ask around . Overclocking.net is for me more understandable hehe . But maybe when i got the board Tonys writing will clarified . Honestly its my first DFI board after years of Asus . I am confident in my choice but Tony scared me yesterday . I will read on , i quit at page 6 hehe , thanks again to both of you .

Since I built this rig and started OCing a couple months ago, I've found out that these are some of the best forums around as far as knowledge and number of knowledgable, genuinly helpful ppl. I like this forum, OCZ forums, Xtremesystems, DFIclub, TheEldergeek has some good info. And I also like Gearslutz for audio production stuff.

IMO, forums are the very best way to self teach, as you can gain wisdom from alot of people that have obvious interest in the same things. This one is very impressive. Especially as a marketing/business student learning SEO. This has got to be one hell of a great cash cow for someone. I can only imagine the sheer number of hits, and the sheer size of the checks from intel and amd for ad space. Very well run to I must say.

I guess I'm in the wrong forum for this type of subject matter, lol. Mods I won't be offended of you delete that last paragraph.
