Question bout M2N32 Sli voltages and BIOS

Thread Starter
Anyone know what the maximum recommended voltages are for the Northbridge and Southbridge?

I read about increasing memory controller voltages in order to increase memory stability when populating all 4 DIMMs. I'm not entirely sure which voltage in the advanced voltage menu this would be, but I'm guessing NB -> SB HT voltage?

If anyone could direct me to a good guide explaining what any of the voltages in this menu (CPU to NB HT voltage, NB Core/PCI-e, SB Core/PCI-e, SB Standby Core Voltage) are and how, if at all, they effect OC stability, what they're safe maxes are etc. that'd be great.

There is a very long guide here that will answer your questions. Grab a drink and get ready to read for the next 15 mins.

I never had to adjust my voltages for 4 dimms. I tried, and it didnt get me anymore OC. I actually shoved it up to the max which I think is like 1.5v. I didnt run it very long, maybe 20 min, but it took it, board isnt dead lol. I wouldnt recommend extended usage at those voltages though.
