I've got like a 10x5 foot piece of plexiglass out in my garage and I have no idea what to do with it. I have a POS Powmax Xman case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811145063.
I don't have one of the side panels....

Maybe build a case???? idk give ideas

how thick is the sheet of Plexi?

10'x5' would certainly be more than enough to make a full plexi case for inspiration you might want to check out my RAD-GT (link in my sig)

Structurally, the thickness of the sheet will dictate how large an area you can span.

The other thing to take into consideration if you want to use it for a desk (particularly the surface) is that it's more prone to scratches than glass would be.
