I guess the OCZ is out of the question. For me, just the TRUE with a 38mm fan is enough to have to move my OCZ a bit more to the right.

As for the IFX, temps are normally around 1-3C better, the main advantage being that you can use slower, less noisy fans, or even no fans if you have good airflow. If you want to try for better temps, lap your CPU and cooler, apply AS5 or MX-2, then see if you have more headroom.
