I own a palit. It's very good to say the least. Mines the 8800GT 512mb with the 3 phase power supply for more stable overclocking. Bought mine at xpcgear.com.

i might get it,do you think it'll work good in my sig rig?

As good as any other brand 8800gt. You aren't going to get much out of it though with your processor being a pentium D. Anything pentium is ancient.

Palit is makes awesome cards, I've have 2 x 8600GT 512MB, and I bought an 8800GT 512MB for my parents. I've had good luck with all of the cards. You won't regret buying the Palit card.
