I use to have the same problem (also when my q6600 was at stock) and my solution was different drivers. I recommend trying some different drivers (8.3 didn't work for me however 8.2 did) what 3dmark06 scores are u getting btw (only if u have them on hand) SM3.0:...HDR:...CPU:

So yeah try some dif drivers and if that doesn't work im clueless for now. My problem was the CPU not working properly with the gfx cards, whether thats your problem or not :S.

Sounds like drivers... You get no beeps or errors at post? Try using the other card alone that you took out...

Wish I was more experience with ATi...

It could be either Drivers or the game does not get on with CF and perhaps needs a patch. However the game is optimized for Nvidia. However that should make no difference to CF.

well i get around 500 with cf disabled and around 14000 with is enabled, but in games its the over way round, im useing 8.4 drivers.

ive tired useing just one card by itsself and its fine but when i swap to the other one by its self i get like rendering lines going dwn the screen whilst playing a game, u think maybe i have a faulty card?

Try the newest 8.5's - that's what i'm using and my overclocks on my cards are the highest so far on these drivers - with my quad at 3.8ghz i got 20033 in 3dmark06 also so they are good drivers [that was with the cards at 850 core also - stock cooling on the cards

Seams so that you have a faulty card... Maybe heating problems... What are the temps.
