Wow they stole your money, put it in their bank account, and then told you it wasn't recoverable. I believe I would have asked to speak to a supervisor and hit the record button on my cell phone and have him state his full name, job title, employee ID, and his boss' name and have him tell me that and then I would have found a lawyer who just wants to sue paypal and will do it probono. Or did it get stolen by another person who you paid for something and it never arrived? I had a guy try that with me but once I gave him the case report # from my local bureau of the FBI, the agent's name that would be investigating it from his local bureau and the agent's phone number. He was more than happy to give me my money back.

I know, you're wondering how I got the FBI involved. I left out certain details when I filed charges. What details aren't important but did make sure I got my money back.

so this is a ploy used by paypal on large payments? So they can keep the money?
Seems like they would make more money by letting people keep using their service, does it not?

#1. You waited too long to try to resolve the issue
#2. Why did you not contact them via phone?
#3. Don't buy any more 8800 gts $ex toys

{Edit} There seems to be a misunderstanding about this that it's some type of hoax. Those are legit emails from PayPal, not one of the numerous scams.

Thread Starter
just to clear things up.
I did call them through CS
But due to some reason, all I got was the answer machine.

After I told the machine my infomation, the answer machine just told me my account was limited and an e-mail had been sent to me to restore my account. No real person conversation at all.

But the mail just lead me into endless loop to Paypal website with no restore method. And just to be clear, one of the picture I showed stated that there is no restore method for violation of Mature Audience.

I wished I could of talk to a real person but none of them appear to be a real person.

I guess they don't hire cheap ppl for their CS now...

There is also some site that had a list of numbers you could call where you would always get a person, it was something like call international support for paypal, then ask for english, and they transfer you to a person.
