I would say Sapphire. I have had multiple Sapphire cards, and they have always functioned very well. Also, Sapphire has one of the better Warranty programs, and they are more often than not the cheapest version of any given card. ATI cards aren't as clean cut as nVidia as far as the best manufacturer. nVidia, it's pretty much eVGA and XFX ftw. ATI, it's not as clear, but I have never had a problem with Sapphire.
