I'm the same way.. I have serious moral issues when eating fruit that doesnt go in the fridge as it looks good, but its been sitting for who knows how long?

Not to mention my inability to eat turkey or potatoes if cranberry sauce gets on either (i need a separate plate for the sauce )

Ditto for bacon and maple syrup. This is why no one cooks for me

Sitophobia or Cibophobia I think it's called..

I have a cousin with it as well.

I was once attacked by a baked potato. Now I run around flaying anytime anyone mentions Idaho...

Haha never new people suffer like that, I love food to much to care!

On topic, like others say, ketchup works wonders. Just tell yourself it is something else, you only need it for a few minutes to clean it off.

Just use lemon juice and salt, make a paste out of it and put it on for a few minutes and rinse...Pretend your doing Tequila shooters.....You don't have to chew those, well not to much anyway....
