Torrent clients and trackers work so well for sucking down albums and other files that Nine Inch Nails has used them to distribute music on the cheap. If you're on a computer or other device that has a browser but no torrent client, now there's a way to download via torrent without having to install a client.
TorrentRelay allows you to paste in the URL of a torrent file into a box and download it through your web browser. Other options lets you point TorrentRelay towards a locally saved torrent file or enter a Mininova file ID.
That's about it -- pretty simple, really. Owners of the Nintendo Wii, a jailbroken iPhone or any other device with an internet connection and the ability to download files from the web can use TorrentRelay to acquire music, movies and more using those devices, although the site doesn't do any uploading. Depending on your point of view, this is either a good thing (downloading without sharing minimizes one's legal exposure) or a bad thing (more leeches).
The video shows TorrentRelay in action on a PlayStation 3.
