New Build, Cooling Issue

Hey Guys,
This is my 2nd build.. first real one.. (the other one was a piece of crap etc) My question about cooling.. my system idles at about 35C-37C and my CPU idles at 36C but it very quickly warms up to 60C or so during any gaming sessions (gears of war, and btw my ambient temp is around 75F so that's like what 25C or something?) and below is my current setup.. the biggest thing I can see that I can improve is my CPU cooler.. (I have what came with my processor etc) What kind should I get and how much? Any other suggestions for cooling?

CASE: Antec Sonata III 500 Black 0.8mm cold rolled steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 500W

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0GHz

MOTHERBOARD: GIGABYTE GA-EP35-DS3R

VIDEO: EVGA 512-P3-N841-AR GeForce 8800GTS

RAM: G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1000 (PC2 8000)

HD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST3500320AS 500GB 7200 RPM

MEDIA: SAMSUNG 20X DVD±R DVD

COOLING: Scythe S-FLEX SFF21F 120mm
Antec 120mm fan (included with case)
Manufactor's cooling for CPU

Also, what do you think of my build? Suggestions/Comments?

Get a new heatsink. I've never liked a stock heatsink, and my temps have always plummeted after I get a new one.

Suggestions? I'm still pretty new to this, and I've always ran basic stock

Set your CPU fan to 100% in BIOS, if that doesn't help, you're going to need a better heatsink.

It's set to 100%. What kind should I buy? I know enough to select the parts.. not so much about the cooling..
