I am thinking of getting two of these cards.
do i need a better PS ?

Most certainly. I doubt that can handle the amperage on the 12v rail.

i think u should get a more reliable psu anyway, try

in ur sig in know but when u buy a power supply you deffinetly dont want to skimp on quality, remember that everything depends on it and if it goes it can take down other stuff with it, so i do suggest getting a high quality one especially if u are considering putting some expensive hardware in

and plus getting more watts than u need allows u to keep the same one for a while
so just spend a little more and stay happy longer
