First off thank you for helping me out with this noob question, I appreciate all the help I can get. I am trying to find what is best for my machine, as we all try continuously to do. Going into the control panel (nvidia's) and manage 3D settings there are alot of different possible combinations. I am trying to find one that will make make games run faster/better. More fps when I have everything turned up.

I will be playing with the settings and running tests over the next couple of hours (all night). But I would appreciate the guidance, thanks for you time.
