I mean, my Altec case has two front fans, a giant top fan, and a rear fan.... so it stays pretty chilly in there

Mine is watercooled and still not cool enough.Though im pushing the 6700 hard.I wouldnt buy another 780i.If you must id go with a 750i or something with a water cooled north bridge. An X48 is gonna run cooler and OC better. You just dont have SLI.

Ok, If anyone's still paying attention.. lol.... How does this sound as a good upgrade for my system, and how does the price look? Mainly for high end gaming - no real fancy cooling - planning on moderate to aggresive OC:

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...=CP1-DUO-E8400

http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...&sku=E145-2038

Anyone? Just wanna make sure I'm making a good purchase before I hit that big scary button....
