[BnR] NVIDIA Folding client beta! - Page 20

Ok, it seems that when i close my main SMP FAH the GPU one works perfectly. I'm still not exactly sure why, but I'm currently changing cpu and mem usage in the SMP client to see if that will make a difference.

Well theres your problem, if you are running SMP and GPU, then they will go slower. I get 22.5 seconds per percent because I'm only folding GPU.

Pretty high. The stock cooler on our card sucks. I removed my cover and hooked an Intel fan onto it. 73C max load. With stock cooling, I hit near 90C too.

This is awesome for me, since my CPU is almost always encoding so I don't fold o.o But if I can let my GPU work, yay!
If everything is set up correctly, you should see it.

Bal3Wolf's screen shot.

EDIT: Eh, double post.

Yeah I figure that's pretty high, though it's like 80F ambient right now *sweaty*. I'll let it sit overnight and report it back tomorrow, if it hasn't burn down my house by then...

They should work together, they will just go slower...I thought that was the problem, or is one of the clients not working at all? If not, I suggest running them one at a time, then together and find out what gives you the most PPD and stick with it.
