New computer with M2R32-MVP beeping sometimes, I need help.

Hello people. I hope I can get some help here. First, English is not my official language, but I'll try to describe my problem.

I bought a new computer with this config:

MOBO: ASUS M2R32-MVP
VGA: ATI SAPPHIRE HD 3870
RAM: 4GB KINGSTON PC2-6400 800
320GB SAMSUNG 7.2k RPM 16MB
POWER SUPPLY: SATELLITE 600W
X2 6400+

Im having this problem: When I turn on the computer, I hear 1 long beep and 3 short beeps, with no display. I noticed my bios is American Megatrends (AMI), so I googled "AMI bios beep codes" to find this:

1 long, 3 short: Memory test failure. A fault has been detected in memory above 64KB.

The problem is that, after some resets (usually between 5-10) my computer starts normally (no more beeps) and I can use it during the rest of the day without any problems. No freezing, memory errors.. nothing. All works good.

Do u guys think my memory is damaged? If it is, why am I using it right now, without any problems? Can it be my mobo? I already have the last bios version 1009.

I appreciate any help.
Bye.

Try 1 stick, then the other if necessary, one may be bad or...
Your default voltage is to low can be a pain to bump it up when you cant get into the BIOS.

I forgot to mention that I already did that... it still beeps. I have access to the bios when the computer stops beeping... and the voltages are ok. I wish I could check when it beeps.
