If you have enough space, definitely (omg is this how you spell it? I havent bee spelling it right for a month) get a 120mm near the top drive bays.

And for the air you thought would be vented out there instead of going to CPU, don't forget that there will also be less hot air accumulating, thus less hot air rising to the CPU.

any other things i can do to improve the cooling of my case?

You could sell your Q6700 and case, and pick up a better case with a dual-core

Actually, you could probably get a Q6600 and still get a prett good case.
