i agree crysis is very sensitive to bad cards and would crash as soon as anything funky happens

Yes of course I will buy a new PSU
But explain the voltage on the +12V line

Edit:
Just installed a new ATi tool, 0,27 Beta 4.
I did a quick 3 minutes artifact scan without any artifact.
Gonna eat now though xD I'll do a longer one when I'm back

Your +12v line (or rail as it's sometimes referred to) supplies power to most of the components in your system like your video card, cpu, HDD's, etc If the +12v rail(s) (you have more than one on your PSU btw) are too low or don't supply enough amperage your system will become unstable or in some cases not even power on.

BTW I apologize for not being clear when I asked for +12 readings. I did want the amperage ratings but I also need to know what voltage they are supplying. For example even though it is the 12v rail it may not be supplying all 12 volts. Download the program called Everest home edition from HERE. That will give you the info I need about your PSU. I need info for all +12v rails.

EDIT: I need to get to sleep (almost 5:00am here) but I will be back on later and will be more than happy to help at that time if you still need it.

@ Iceman0803: No no, I don't mean explain the +12V line itself I mean why does both Speedfan and Everest say that the voltage on the +12V line is fluctuating between 3,26V and 4V ? That is waaaaay to low.

Here's a screenshot:

And my PSU only has a single +12V line. According to the scheme that's on the PSU itself.

I would bet on the PSU being the cause of the problem. Thats a weak 12V rail you have there for a system like that.

Sometimes software doesn't read these things properly, another way to check would be system monitor/PCmonitor/pc health, in your bios.

@ENTERPRISE: Yes, I know it is weak PSU, but this week I'm ordering the Corsair TX750

@mtbiker033: In BIOS it gives me 11,795V on the +12V line.
But that's not under load ofcourse. But why would only Everest read the +12V line incorrect and the other ones fine?
Maybe updating to the newest version of Everest will help out...

Quick update:
Just installed Everest Ultimate Edition 4.50.
Voltages are showing much better now.
+12V line shows me 12,12V idle. Let's see how it handles some stress...

Edit: Under stress it goes to 12,19V. Guess that's fine...
