well my psu is fairly new.

i just got my new ram, put it in. and ITS STILL HAPPENING AGHR. even more frequently then before.
i ran 1 pass of memtest on the ram and it came up all clear.

i guess i have to do a format

maybe run a program that would utilitize your gpu to its fullest.. try Furmark? maybe tone down the oc a little bit? Hrmm!

Joshn, have you tried testing with a different PSU? Just because your power supply is new doesn't mean it's working properly. If you have a multimeter around I'd recommend also testing the rails.
