t is the Differnce between these 2 Boards. They Were out of the:

GIGABYTE GA-EX38-DS4 LGA 775 Intel X38 ATX Intel Motherboard

so I went and ordered the:

GIGABYTE GA-X48-DS4 LGA 775 Intel X48 ATX Intel Motherboard

and just received it yesterday. Was that a good choce??

X48 has 16x16 crossfire and the P45 has 8x8. Thats the difference. And your choice IMO was decent.

Made a mistake in the board that I wrote down, Can someone give me more information..... Thanks

I actually got the

GIGABYTE GA-X48-DS4 LGA 775 Intel X48 ATX Intel Motherboard

instead of the the

GIGABYTE GA-EX38-DS4 LGA 775 Intel X38 ATX Intel Motherboard

Is it a better Board? Need to know now so if not I can return it. Thanks ........

The x48 has slightly better multiplier & voltage capabilities = better overclocking.

Youve ordered the better one.
