Strange OC problem

Thread Starter
My system specs are:
Intel E6750
2GB XMS2 corsair DDR2-800 4-4-4-12
Gigabyte P965-S3
XFX 8800GT
Antec Earthwatt

Around 2 weeks ago I finally decided to OC. I set the FSB manually to 400 resulting in 400 X 8 = 3.2ghz. I disabled C1E, speedstep, max cpuid, spread spec, locked pci e at 100mhz and pci e sync: 33.33mhz. No overclocking was done to the videocard and I didn't make any voltages changes. However after overclocking I ran prime95, sandra benchmarks, crysis, games all fine with cpu temps staying below 35C on an aftermarket air cooler. My problem now is after 2 weeks today when I tried to boot up my system I found the post screen saying it had reverted to 2.66 randomly and now when I try to revert to my previous settings my system hangs and either doesn't boot or restarts? I'm not really sure what the problem is since it was completely stable for a long time before and temps are not an issue. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Sounds like the BIOS is starting to corrupt. Try flashing to the latest BIOS if you haven't already.

Just tried to Flash using @bios utility. Came up with 4 errors Alloc memory failure and something else. It keeps repeating if you click ok. The bios file I used was their latest one and I also tried the 3 before it. Before this I tried to update the bios from the internet but it found no matches. Now I'm kinda worried I'm guessing if i restart my computer now its gonna have major problems so what should I do now?

I found a post of someone who's going through something similar hopes this helps

"I just ran the Gigabyte @bios utility and halfway thru I got 4 errors.

Free Kernel Memory Failure!!
Alloc Kernel Memory Failure!!
Translate Memory Failure!!
Translate Memory Failure!!

When I pree ok they just keep coming up, when I click ok the next one comes up and so on." This is what happens to me except mine finishes flashing at 100%
