BOOTMGR missing, AGAIN!? - Page 2

I had this problem once a week ago and the vista cd was at my dad's house. so first i read an alternate option that said to switch the sata cables of my raid hardrives around. that didnt work and then i unplugged the cable for my extra hardrive and it loaded up. then i shut down my computer and plugged it back in and now the problem seems to be fixed for me, dont know if that helps or not. ( i have 3 hardrives 2 in raid and 1 is there just for extra storage to back up my pics and stuff, i unplugged the extra one and it worked basically)

Yeah, I've got the boot priority right, and I've also already got all the Sata and RAID setting correct in the BIOS.
