Why COD4 so laggy? - Page 2

You are running Patch 1.6?

That caused a lot of FPS drops for me... And some other people told me that they had heave FPS drops / lag also when they were playing.

And about your internet connection, first tell us, do you have a wireless connection or is it wired?

uhhh
when ur having those lags, press the numlock to see if it blinks right away.
if it is, its a minor thing, if not... u need more help! (lower vid card core clock if u OC'd or even at default mayb lower it a tad bit just to be sure)

I definitely know what you are talking about.

I lag in cod4 as well as crysis. Crysis is so bad that i don't even play it on multi player.

It prolly has to do with your proxy settings or it is your internet connection.

The way you titled your thread makes it seem COD4 causing the lag, where after reading your posts it seems like it has to do with how your system is configured and your internet connection.
