Temps reach under 35c under load at 70% with stock clocks, 55c at 750/1750/2000 at 70% fan speed.

I'm under a surge protector, maybe I could be getting dirty power which could be killing the PSU (its the only thing I haven't replaced).

However, this is happening with completely stock clocks and bios, though if you're right, my PSU could be failing which is why im getting BSODs.

Bump, I guess im going to be rmaing my psu and buying one of those voltage stabilizers, maybe even go as far to RMA my graphics card. Before that, i'm going to tear down my computer and check for any possible short circuits (doubt i'll be able to do that successfully though)

Forgot to add, can someone reccomend a voltage regulator?

I'm thinking either the APC LE1200/600 or the OPTI-UPS SS1200BLK

I had a similar problem with my MSI 8800GTS. I overclocked it to speeds a-lot higher then yours and I had good temps and it was stable. Then it started artifacting and crashing every 5 minutes even at stock speeds. After changing drivers, etc. I was finally able to get my card stabilized and I also bought an Accelero S1 for my card.

Shortly after installing the S1 my card crashed while playing Crysis and it hasn't worked since. When I boot into Vista my screen is distorted and GTS doesn't even show up as being installed. I tried putting the stock cooler back on and nothing worked. Luckily I just bought the card from newegg so I was able to RMA it.
