Well it seems actual shader clock is bumped in 54mhz increments... For example with my previous clocks,

Set to 811/2026/1056 -> 810/2052/1053

Set to 811/2074/1056 -> 810/2052/1053

Set to 811/2082/1056 -> 810/2106/1053

I doubt 2106 will be stable for me, but I'll update this post soon enough.

-EDIT-

@ 70_Malibu I'm using 177.35s with the modded INF

All I get from dropping my core to raise my shader higher is artifacts. No improvement at all.
If it's anything like gaming/benching you might actually lose points with an unstable clock. You have the wrong 8800GTS for the job ><. Though, I'm guessing G92b aka 9800gtx+ will be a monster in terms of PPD(stock core/shader clock is 700+/1800+), might be a worthy upgrade for folding fanatics.

-EDIT- Update

Yup, 2052mhz is my max stable shader clock... I can bench 2106mhz, but bench stable is obviously not good enough for the folding gpu client. :

Can I run 2 SMP's from my Qx9650 and a a Nvidia client twice, one for each card? Or would one instance in SLI be better?

Your GTS's have an even higher core/shader clocks than mine, could you run the GPU client @ 917/1315? I'm curious to see what PPD you'd get.

Maybe, there out of the rig right now as i research Voltmodding them to get even higher clocks So when I get them back in I'll post the numbers later in the day, I'm still new to Folding, Gotta figure out how to setup the best client running for the Doppleganger... Like 3 SMP, on single core 0-2 then a cpu to govern the gpus? or should I use 2 gpu clients? .. I need help..

There is work on a dual core GPU client, at this time is not been done.

SMP on two cores and the GPU client for the card
Some are running dual SMP with a Quad and the card fine too.... apparently the NVidia GPU client don't hog the CPU like the ATI GPU client does.

Thats cool looks like on the 88000GT (g92) if it has 256MB of ram or if it has 512MB of ram still folds bout the same!
Interesting Bench! The 8800GT 256mb = 8800GT 512mb on same clocks, different CPUs! The 256mb is cheaper by $50(ish) in most sites!

TigerD has a 8800GT 256mb for $110:

Anyone got benches of 9600GSO/8800GS vs 9600GT vs 8800GTS 320/640?

513/1188

how much higher can I take this shader clock?

I'm 513/2000 right now and I noticed a slight increase. I read somewhere that I might be able to go all the way to 1400 but I'm not sure if thats safe. What do you guys think?
