PSP has a 333mhz CPU.
It can run PSX games with no problems, some N64 games, and all the games below that. That should be able to let you make some kind of comparison.

Believe its the PSP minus the harddrive.

No... It's Citrix. They are a huge corporate virtualization company. XP is running on another machine and they are just connecting to it.

According to the self-contradicting article, Windows XP wasn't actually running on the iPhone itself, it was running on the remote Citrix server. the iPhone was just doing a remote display.

Remote displays have been around for 20+ years, and displaying the screen of one OS on another is no new trick. (X11, VNC, RDP, Citrix, etc.)
Have a read... How can the damn thing run Windows XP if it's not an x86 processor, the iPhone is just serving the purpose of an imaging device or something...

Close, citrix does more than just display, in fact with citrix, on a much lower spec machine, you can run an OS, and use that OS and all applications installed on that OS as if you were actually at a workstation, full speed, in real time. Can you imagine taking out your iphone and pulling up a fully functioning windows XP and using all the apps you can use on windows at realtime full speeds?

Very near real-time... Citrix can be a laggy sometimes so don't expect to play FPS games on it!

True, close enough for office work, which is the main target. Good clarification. Don't expect to game on this.

WOW virtualization of XP on the iPhone..... Who cares my Windows mobile phone has been doing that for a long time now! I love how apple makes a big deal about features that WM devices has had for a long while now. iPhone = Overrated!
