P5Q vs. GA-EP35-DS3R vs. 750i FTW

I'm going to decide now, as my 'old' EVGA 680i is sold.

I'm still struggling with making a decision. The reason why i sold my 680i is compabilty issues with E8400. The reason why i want to buy E8400 is my current CPU bottleneck (E6600@3.00Ghz) with a 9800GTX.

So i'm looking for good oc capabilty, +4.00Ghz. And i still have doubts about SLI options. I bought a 1000w power supply to be able to run SLI. So i'm leaning towards 750i, but then again it's more expensive.

It would be great to buy a P45 with SLI options

No, that was the problem i got a AR version, this one has compabilty issues.
I didn't want to send my expensive mobo back to manufacturer with postal service, not knowing what was happening with it during shipping.
