Is My 64 X2 5000+ Bottlenecking My Video Card?

Thread Starter
I've got the CPU overclocked to 3.01GHz and I've got an eVGA 8800 GT (Stock) overclocked to 720/1000. When I compared the stock and overclocked 3Dmark scores, overclocking only gave me 200 extra marks...

I have no temp problems.
Running current Nvidia Drivers.
Card is brand new, bought it yesterday.

So if the CPU is bottlenecking the video card... How is it? I mean isn't 3GHz plenty enough CPU power for a dual core?

Not a whole lot but it is holding it back a bit, any E2xxx/E4xxx at the same speed will pretty much be a good fit.
