Within the last week or so, I have been playing WoW and my graphics have gotten really choppy.

They've been crystal clear, and perfectly smooth for the last 9+ months, so I'm not sure what's going on.

If you have any knowledge of WoW, I used to get 70-80+ w/full settings in Hyjal and BT, and now I'm only getting about 1/2 that.

Have you tried checking the process manager? There could be something else eating up cpu cycles. If there isn't... well, try checking your drivers. Also, check the Nvidia control panel, and then check your Manage 3d Settings tab. Do a bit of testing with the graphic controls, like lower everything, and then default. See if that works.

Hm doesn't look like there's anything there that's bad... and I'm pretty sure those 38 processes aren't wearing down anything cause I have about 60 processes.
How about checking out nvidia's drivers? Or Tweaksrus's tweaked drivers?
Our systems are similarly powered in a way, so you should definitely get your previous FPS.
Check the settings in control panel too. The only other solution I can think up at the moment is a reinstall of the OS, which should not be done until you are really really stuck.

I just updated my drivers to 175.16 from the nVidia site.

I think I might try just reinstalling WoW completely. It seems to be the only thing lagging like this.

Wait. If you just updated the drivers, that could be it. Some drivers are better for different programs and just because it is newer does not mean it is necessarily better. Try going back to the old ones or possibly going back to ones which are not as recent as they might be the problem.

Example: Not sure if you were paying attention a couple months ago with Crysis but they were releasing drivers every day or two and no-one had any idea which ones were better or worse since they were rushing them and people were having to massively bench each one to come out with a conclusion about which drivers were best for all 4 choices (x32 x64 XP Vista) and it was ridiculous.

The graphics were really choppy with the old drivers, so I updated to the newest ones, and it didn't seem to change anything.

also, when you installed the drivers, did you completely uninstall the old ones?

Try running drive cleaner pro, and then reinstalling them.

Help!

Help with thoughts on a useful title?
Help with moving this to the nVidia Section?
Help with the overall issue you have?

I'd say all three...
Let me know which ones you'd like help with

Sorry, I felt a bit sarcastic... but "Help" don't make for a good title
