If you want to run TEC's your going to need a good rad...I use this one.480 GTX..With 8 of these fans.115cfm Pana...In a push-pull on shrouds...I get around a 3C rad out to ambient delta with a 600W load...

Which means the C/w of the rad is about 0.005 C/W !!!

Shrouds are very important !

Swiftech's calculator says 4.0Ghz and 1.5Vcore would be in the 240 watt range.
http://www.swiftech.com/products/h20-220-compact.asp

I just got mine going, currently at 3.6Ghz and 1.44Vcore which seems completely stable so far. Going to let the hot weather and a few more days lock it in first though.

with a 21C ambient, it's idling in the high 20's and loading in the high 40's.

i hope this is not too off topic but i have been realizing that lower vid sclar q6600s are hotter that higher vid. for example mine is at 3.6 right now @ 1.48 and my temps are 56-58 load but i have seen a few people running 1.3 @ 3.6 getting 60+ load temps. ***

That just means they have worse cooling, it's physically impossible for 1.3V to be hotter than 1.5vV.
