Looks like some nice and promising changes, KDE4.1 beta among others.

Personally I think this is my favorite Distro, easy to setup, and configure. For those of you thinking about trying Linux, here is a guide for installing OpenSuse 11 using the DVD.

Suse is my favorite distro as well. I find that it has the best balance between ease and power. I haven't gotten to play around with 11.0 too much yet, but what I've seen has been fairly good so far. They definitely polished up the look to match Ubuntu and Fedora haha

Is KDE 4 any less annoying than KDE 3? If its not, the only Window Manager I'll use is GNOME. Nice and stable.

Nah, KDE 4 looks like it still has a lot of work to be done. It's got some great concepts, but it still doesn't look ready yet.

Suse usually integrates better with KDE than GNOME. You might want to use KDE 3.5.? instead.

You must mean 10.3. I'm not sure exactly what they changed. I'll have to play around with it more.

This might have some information:

I'll probably go with Fedora Core or maybe Mandriva. Hell, I might go back to Ubuntu. (Speaking of GNOME, Gentoo is a pain to install! )

How is that a response to what I quoted? Did something I said turn you off from Suse?

Btw, Fedora dropped the "Core" name as of Fedora 7.
