NICE... Maybe with the new opcoming 4870x2 and good linux drivers and great compitability for crysis.. OMG you when can run it at high res with very high and have like 50+ fps...
(ohhh i forgot that i hate crysis (but not the graphics))

:-) cuz we all know linux uses less power and some wine games works better than on windows

Crossfire in Linux! Sweet. Now if there were more games than just id games that run well in Linux. Stress on the word 'well'
Fix that, along with high end audio and video support and I might consider running a linux distro on my home PC.

About time - it might be time to set up a little 20GB partition and give Unbuntu a try if I get an HD4k series card. Or I might try it with my X1900XT.

Nice. With ATI moving in on the Linux front things will get interesting.

Linux was never given proper support from hardware manufacturers to make it a viable option for game devs until as of late. This now gives Linux the big push it needs to start getting full on windows game support. Trust me when Valve gets done and starts making money off of the Linux community as well Windows dev houses won't be able to code games fast enough. As I see it Valve is laying down the ground work for pc gaming of the future and no one wishes to be left behind when hundreds of millions could be at stake. The same thing that kept game houses away from Linux will be what drives them in droves to it. Dolla Dolla bills yo.
