well here is the dilema...i already bought the dam gtx280...

now the question is...did i make the right choice or is the 9800 gx2 black edition better ?

The 280 is about the same. It really depends on the situation onto which card would be better.

yep new rig...

mother board- Gygabyte: X48T-Dg6
corsair- 2 * 2g DDR3: 1800 bus
graphic card-gtx 280
hardisk: 1*500gb, 2*160gb,external 1*1T
going to use the same cooler for the pc that i have already.
upgrading the earphones to Logitec degital precision gaming headset.

flying off on the 22nd...so when i arrive will need a few days to get my **** together till i get it assambled...so i would say around the 26th i would post some pics of it

Still worried if i made the right choice with the card tho???any opinions out there...

Edit : and yes forgot: Thermaltake 1200w, cpu Q6700

Erm...

You could save yourself $200 by putting two 4870's in CF, as they should match the 280GTX.

Also what case and power supply are you getting?
