[Newegg] HD 4850's Now Available on Newegg - Page 6

Well just snapped one of the HIS's up for my Pop, and I'll be grabbing his 2900 for crossfre, since we're both running 939's I'm hoping that we'll bottleneck equally so that I don't look like too much of an idiot.

Well, if I order tonight or tomorrow, the earliest I'll get it is Monday. If I wait until Wednesday to order a 4870, I can have it by next Friday. Those 4 days would be easier if I had a decent gaming PC and the graphics card wasn't holding up a whole new build (I'm getting a Maximus from someone here and some other parts are already on the way from Newegg).

Also, if 4870 is delayed and these sell out--creating a situation reminiscent of the 8800GT last year--I could regret not ordering when I had the chance. Hmmm...

You'll be surprised when the HD4870 comes out then. MSRP is 299, expect 260-250 by August-september.

Not good enough if it gets spanked by the 4850 for the same money.
