I'm not sure about his or visiontek but from my experience definitely not sapphire, but I heard that visiontek is lifetime warranty

Yep VTek has the only lifetime (limited lifetime) warranty of any ATI products that I know of.
On the HIS, some say tech support sucks, one member reported getting upgraded @ NC when his card died under warranty, go figure.

I prefer Diamond, they use better coolers on their "Viper" models. GeCube does aswell now that I think about it.

IMO Visiontek is the best brand of ATI cards. It has the lifetime warranty which is definitly a +. Also I have had almost every brand of ATI cards and the best being Visiontek and the worst being MSI. Sapphire and HIS where good to me also.

Edit. Good Choice going with the visiontek.
