Agh, No Sound?

Thread Starter
Well i installed vista today with my new mobo and cpu. The other drivers went in properly, and i installed the realtek hd drivers from the mobo's site and from the cd. I've installed and uninstalled the drivers like 3 times now and i still get no sound.
When i hover over the sound options in the task bar it says "No Audio Output Device Found". (Picture 1)

Also, in device manager, the "Sound, Video, and Controllers" Option isnt even there, so i cant manage the driver from there.(Pic 2) Any Help appreciated.
